Max sized fish are going to be guppies

What's the max I could get away with?

Bout 20/25?

Yes, 20 guppy sized fish would be about right.

This is a 10 gallon, 38 litres, tank. I took the picture for fry cover discussions but it is fine as is for population. Whenever it gets much more than that I sell off most of the adults and let the fry grow up.
