Whats The Best Way To Up The Circulation In Tank?

Well after trying to take useless pics of the spraybar,i decided to do a short video,i hope this helps to show how the spray bars,the inlets are tucked down in the back corners,each one being the opposite end to their spraybars if you know what i mean

If you help me in where the best place in where the powerhead should go please?

I have algae on the back of the tank at the top which i purposely left for the otos

I already have what looks like bba growing on the new anubias leaves around the edges
So sooner this powerhead comes the better...

I don't think anyone can give you a good idea, it's all a case of trial and error, as every tank is different.
