A lot of the warning points came from old things pre-upgrade, and persisted. Some of them, I believe, weren't even warnings. Some of them, we have no idea.
Given that only us and the individual can see them we've been generally ignoring the random ones rather than try to chase each individual one down and remove them if they become a problem. If we do get a problem it's fairly easy to trace the valid ones from the random ones, as we can see the origin of the valid ones.
