Hello, a few days ago I decided to buy another 10 gallon because my shrimp population is 100+ now in a 10 gallon. I put about 27-28 RCS to start in the new tank, which I put a already cycled sponge filter and HOB filter with part new/used media. Anyways I acclimatized them for an hour before putting them in, and since then 6 have died. I checked my Parameters and everything seems normal, 0 ammonia, 0 nitrite, 8.0 ph, and 10 nitrates. Basically the exact same as the tank they were previously in, although I'm keeping this tank at 76 rather than 74. If anyone has any ideas as to what's happeneing I'd be glad to hear them, I'm bummed that some of them died and im putting them back in my old tank right now..

Also for substrate I used some black sand that I'd had in another tank a while ago, it was dry but I cleaned it out fairly thoroughly. The only thing I can think of is maybe copper got into the tank somehow? I didn't add any ferts or new plants so yeah. Thanks
