Tonight I had a meal of tuna it was awsome, and it got my thinking what TTF would have to say. Anyways whats your favorite fish to eat if you eat fish at all? Mine are Tuna and Barracuda! :good:

has to be salmon, grilled!!
Wot about shark, dosen't it taste just like chicken!!!!

angel fish......................................................................

sike Salmon

walleye for freshwater fish and grouper or yellowtail snapper for saltwater

i like cod, its quite endangered now so probably wont eat it anymore...mabie once a year or something

fried flounder/catfish done right with good seasoning, MUST be fresh or i cant eat fish period...

Brook Trout (aka Specked Trout)

One reason (other than the fact that it is absolutely delicious) is that they are nearly impossible to get unless you are willing to travel deep into the woods (I'm talking 2 days travel by canoe and portage) to get them. There's something about the quest and then cooking them over a fire beside a stream or lake in the middle of absolutely nowhere that really enhances the taste and the experience. They only come from the purest of waters and are IMO one of the most beautiful freshwater fish.

Here's a pic - tell me they're not gorgeous!

They are quite pretty! id love it if they only grew up to 1-1 1/2 inch and shoaled!

It would be difficult to fillet them but yeah, that would be cool. ;)
