What Will Grow In My Tank?

Just wondered what i could expect to grow under such conditions, i don't suppose i could have a beautifully planted forest like tank?
If not, what plants would happily grow?

I'm reluctant to get to involved (C02 and all sorts).

vallis, Hygrophila polysperma, java fern, anubias, bacopa and java moss are all easy to keep with very few requirements
