Hey, just thought id see what people can suggest. My tank got stocked very in appropriatley (not my doing) and as such ive ended up with a range of different fish some of which really should not be together. Recently two of my angels paired off and started spawing and had to be removed from the tank to another and as such i do not have the space for them to stay. I decided that this was probably the best time to sort out my stocking of the tank. I will be removing the third angel from the tank as soon as a home is found. I plan to keep my guppies but would like them to breed and not hav all the fry eaten.

Current Species:
Guppies
Lambchop rasbora
White/gold cloud minnows
Bronze corys (these can stay)
L200 pleco (to stay)
Platys
Angelfish (1)
German Blue Rams

I was thinking that as german blues are a bottom level species my fry may be safe with them, my first pair of them never bothered with the fry.

Currently my fry are in a net in the tank.

Thanks :)

The rams will eat them. I would put them in a breeding trap as soon as they are born because anything that can fit them in their mouths will eat them. At least that is how it is to my understanding.

the angel fish will eat them, so will the rams and the guppies themselves. Until they are adult sized they are not safe from the angels. If you want to breed them why not get a species only tank? Or a seperate fry tank?

Ok thanks, i know from a friend who gave me some of them that they will be fine with their parents after a while because the parents get bored lol. Maybe i need to go guppy and cory only

The only thing that I see in your listing that will be safe with guppy fry is the cories. Even the guppies will eat guppy fry. The pleco won't eat as many as the rasboras or the platies but if you want to save every fry, I would not trust even the pleco. The angel is an ambush hunter and is quite good at it, you won't see an angel chase a fry but it will still disappear if it gets close to the angel. I have never kept rams but they are not exclusive vegetarians and are plenty big enough to feast on guppy fry.
