What Wet Pets Prefer Hard Water?

Just so i can keep my Argonite in my tank cos it looks nice

Which 12" plus pair of Cichlids would appreciate a PH of 8.2?

Do you mean aragonite? I'm sure your fish are not on fire No American cichlids will live at those conditions as far as I can remember. Have you looked at the haps? Some of them will grow that big, and of course there are the frontosas..

As a rule of thumb, SA like soft, CA like neutral and African like hard, but of course, with a few exceptions..

I know but there is anecdotal evidence of them being acclimatised to live in mbuna tanks. Same thing can be found for many other species of fish.

Its no biggy I have 8 kilos of Black Gravel in my shed i just prefer the look of Aragonite*

I have been looking at Butterkoferi and Pollinis...Still not decided what to get yet..(see other thread)...I'm gonna get a agressive pair as wet pets.
