What Went Wrong

we went away for the weekend.. my boyfriend lost all his fish
he was gone 1 day!!!
he had 2 giant danios, 1 gold nugget pleco, and one spotted pictus catfish and various plants
couldent tell you the parimiters because i wasnt here when it happened
all colors were faded away.. we dont know when each died.. does anyone have ANY
ANY!!!! CLUES PLEASE!~!~
just need to know what went wrong.... i cant give specific info because i simply do not have it.. i know there where no worms.. no akward behavior and no visible signs of disease

uhh cant really help.... we have no info except that they died.... Possibly one died, raised ammonia levels which killed the other ones. How long has he had the tank and is it cycled? How big is it? Give us every single detail you have of that tank.

Well here are some questions:

1) How long has the tank been set up (and are you sure it has been fully cycled)?
2) How often are water changes performed
3) Do you do water tests frequently enough to know the normal stats such as pH, Ammonia, NitrIte, and NitrAte levels?
