Hes gorgeous, hes certainly a big panaque probably a L190 I have one very similar about 9 inch long. Stunning fish.

Not sure Id be confident of keeping his fins with a puffer in the tank thouhgh

it shouldnt be kept with the puffer they need different water conditions
