What type of fish is this?

I am looking to see what kind of fish this is

Looks kinda like a Mirror Carp. Possibly a hybrid.

Edit... on second thoughts, a goldfish with not many scales.

Yes, it's a very sick young goldfish that hasn't colored up yet.

thinks the scale are peeling off, juvenile gold fish ... from the long body might even be a common goldfish.
Was that the quarantine cup or some sort ...

As already mentioned, a goldfish. Looking at te scales, it seems a mirror goldfish.
