What Type of catfish is this??

Hi I was jsut wondering if someone could please identify this fish for me. I thought it was a dwarf sucking catfish but according to my book it's way to large, this fish is about 4inches long.

Try looking through http/planetcatfish.com and the cat-e-long and seeing if you find it. It looks familar to me but I know I haven't seen it before.

i second that idea, chinese algea eater.. we got them at work

Maybe that's what it is. I've seen the juveniles but never an adult. Would explain the familar look. Just Google'd it and I'm almost positive now.

Thank You all for your help, it definatly looks like thats what he is. No wonder I've had trouble finding out what he was I've been looking up catfish which is what I was told he was.

Yeah, they're Cyprinids and not cats at all. Would make it hard to find it.
