Hey can anyone identify this species of anubias. Is it anubias nana? The large variety or what? Also, i have some hair algae and some brown stuff growing on top of the taller anubias leaves (not seen in this photo because its a few weeks old)...Its getting to be unsightly...How do i get rid of it without trimming because i dont want the look of it to change (anubias would seem too short)? If i do have to trim it, what is the best way to do so; right at the base but just above the rhizome??? Will it grow back tall or just get bushier after the trimming??? Thanks.

Here are the pics...

P.S. The anubias is about 9-10 inches from the base of the driftwood its attached to...

Here, try this link and see if you can find it.

Its a type of anubias for sure. Just don't know which one. Definitely not Anubias Nana.
It's one of the larger variety. Trim it. It will grow. When you do trim, you cut at the base of the leaf stem just above the rhizome.
If you don't trim, the leaf infected with algae will spread. Do you add ferts?
Your other plants look healthy. Hole in the plant is a sign of nutrient deficiency.
Hair algae, try doing a 3 day blackout. The other plants will be fine as well as the fish.
