Hi, I'm not a lover of snails or shrimp. They kind of scare me lol are cardinals the ones that look like neons? I may be wrong or thinking of something else I like the look of the rasboras, cardinal, neon and endlers. Not keen on the platies for some reason.

Get 10 neons.

Not had 1 die in my new tank. And they look nice swimming together!

Also some shrimp for the ground xD

Yeah the cardinals are the same as the neons but they have red bellies the full lenght of their underside, these are even worse in new tanks though . Harlequin Rasboras would looke quite nice, ember tetras are nice too and stay quite small so you could have quite a few more. You could look at half a dozen rummynose tetras, green neons too. Best have a mooch around a few shops and get some ideas. Do post back here though before you decide on something, advice given by the shops isnt always top notch and this forum is a great resource to make use of.
