If one fish in the tank have it they will all aget it so whats the point in killing the fish? Buy some white spot treatment interpet antiwhitespot + is good also protozin works.

but i through if you give that to all the fish that it harms them

just got another tank for the fish
& the heater is one which increase the temp by a few d's so will it be ok

Just do a good water change and treat it, Ive not had whitespot for ages but Ive always used the interpet stuff and never had to do a second dose.
