What to hav in a 10l tank

Im going to get a 10l tank with gravel, fake plant, food, filter and water ager( heater is seperate, but i no some one ho can get stuff holesale price so thats ok). all for 65.95$ NZ. im hthinking about putting some neons in there, how many could i fit in there. also would there be room for some peppered cats.

10L? Are you sure you dont mean 10Gallons?

10L is around 1.8 Gallons, only really big enough for 1 siamese fighting fish.

I would say a 10l tank isn't big enough for a SFF. Its just cruel cramming them into a gallon.
