What To Feed Fry

Hi i have recently had been trying to get my platy,molly and bristlenose babies from my main tank to another tank (slowly).

I know the bristlenose are ok for food but the few other babies dont come up for food being tiny. So what am i meant to give them?

Use a turkey baster or similar,mix ground up flakes or powdered fry foods in a little tank water,and put it right down in the tank near the fry
