What To Do With My 34ltr (7 Galls)? Now Sorted

There are a few species of catfish that could work. South american bumblebee cats are small and are really interesting, but it depends on the diamensions because they get to about 3" and are quite active at night. Asian stone catfish are tiny, they would work.
You could maybe (have a look at a fish index entry) try red eye puffers, not sure if that would be big enough, but have a look at the profile. Another thing is bumblebee gobys, in a brackish water tank.

Here is a good thread similar to yours started a while back, have a look through this for som ideas.

Would you care to elaborate please?
I am more versed in Killifish matters that puffers but I do read quite a few articles on verious aspects on various aspects and species. and know that it's not all plain sailing when keeping these interesting fish.
below is a link which provides a few pointers to look out for when keeping these.

Also ask around the forum for personal experiences in their husbandry.

What a great little link  Thanks for that

There is quite a bit of info on keeping Dwarf Puffers in the pinned articles and some threads in the Oddballs section. Also, I've added some pictures of my babies in the species profile too. DPs are my favourite fish. Very funny and sometimes moody little things. Full of character (that is per fish since they all behave differently  )

have it planted and put in some endlers

I have Endlers in there at the mo.

I decided today that although Dwarf Puffer sound wonderful I wonder if my life-style really has a place for one. I go away for long weekends a lot plus 1 and 2 weeks abroad a year. Where upon I have a house/fish sitter it only stretches to tipping in measured amount of dry food every other day. Puffer food would be a no no.

Ironically, I have done as you suggested. I have changed the setup to real plants with rocks, keeping the sand substrate. Left the 4 Endlers that I already had and added 3 Pigmy Corys. I also have a Flying Fox in there untill he/she grows. I will probably add a few more Endlers later and leave it at that :good: Must update my signature picture sometime

Long weekends are no problem to Dwarf Puffers tbh. Last year I went away for 2 weeks and they were fed only once during that time and they were perfectly fine when I got back  They nearly jumped out of water to greet me

But fair enough you've decided on something that you feel more comfortable with in the long run :good:
