what to do with a 29 gallon

my daughters friend's mom gave me her 29 gal that had been in her garage for a few years. i am thrilled, of course, but not sure where to begin. i have my beginner fish, see the 55 below, and i love them, and my angel tank which i am very pleased with. i am thinking cichlids maybe, but don't know where to start or if 29 is enough. any suggestions would be greatly appriciated, even if they are something different.

nooooo...........breed convicts........just get a couple females and a male and boom u got 100s of little convict fry

Mbuna breed almiost as easilly as convicts with the difference of yopu getting millions of fry you can't possibl sell
