What To Do Wit A 29g?

Personally i really like te blackwater idea. Other ideas off the top of my head are, heavily planted dwarf puffer tank, female betta sorority tank, or maybe a killi fish tank?

I would go with Silver Dollars. Bigger fish and nice.

1 3 Spotted Gold Gourami
4 Huge Sterbai Cories
3 Mystery Snails
Heavily planted with fake plants

im pretty sure silver dollars require a min if a 4 foot tank


just thought maybe a tank built around neolamprologus leleupi

Blackwater Extract is what was mentioned earlier, all it is is tannin and is slightly acidic, good for softer water fish from the amazon region. Saying that i dont know anyone that actually uses it for breeding. lol.

I Love the idea of blackwater biotope.

2x Apistos, 20x neons 3x ottos and 4 x corydoras trilinateus (sp?)

yeah, i think i might do the amazon biotope but maybe a different tetra other then a neon, i have always had problems with neons

maybe 6-10 sarpae tetras i have had good experences with these even though they are fin nippers, ive never had problems 10 rummy nose or black phantom tetras, and 3 apistos

Silver Dollars need min 30g us or 114L

what species there are 3 that i know of, they all get over 5 inches, ill do a quick search on google
