what tempreture is best?

Hiya

Just wanted to check, what is the best tempreture to have my tank at? I have pregnant guppies aload of neons etc. I want it at the best tempreture for breeding. I have read 79 in some places up to 81 in others.

I agree. The tank should be kept around 79 degrees F.

I keep mine at 74 and all do well.

Mine is set at roughly 73... could be 72 or 74ish. the thermometer is small and hard to read

78-79 has worked good for me as well.

My adults are kept at 74-75F, the fry are kept at 78-79F.

My tank is a constant 76 degrees and all of my fish thrive in the water!.....I find this to be the best temperature.....my 5 gallon "extras" tank is set to 74 and the males dont even seem interested in the females....so I like 76....but thats just my personal opinion
