What Stuff Do I Need To Buy?

I'm picking up my tank today or tomorrow. It comes with a filter, media, heater, light fixture (not sure on the bulb), and a few fake plants and ornaments. I'm trying to get a list together of other things I need. I have a local PetSmart and PetCo I can go to, or I can order things online.

Here's what I have so far:

Test kits - ammonia, nitrates, pH, at a minimum. Get drops instead of strips.
Plants - silk
Lighting - if real plant, 1w per gallon. What kind of bulb?
Substrate - sand or gravel, whatever. Rinse first.
Dechlorinator?
Other decoration stuff.

What am I missing?

Liquid test kit, that includes ammonia, nitrItes, nitrAtes and ph, API or nutrafin are the best ones.

Dechlorinator - get pond dechlor its cheaper than aquarium stuff and last much longer.
