What Strength Lights/tubes

what do people think I have a 4 ft 18" deep with chiclids    currently have 2 T8's 42"  but never seems bright enough?
looking at the following and getting 2 tube unit:
 

oh i have one tube at back and one at front of the tank.

so really confused over what tubes.

was going for Juwel High-Lite Day T5 Lamp 54W 1047mm Buy 1 Get 1 Free at back of tank and  arcadia pro at front .  but high lite day out of stock every where

want to buy 2 tubes and controller at same place ideally.

so any other idea's on tubes as it seems like above is unavailable from factory for some reason.

worried marine might be too bright?

as i say 2 t8 42" in my 4ft 18" deep tank are not enough light by a long way.
