thanks for pointing that out

3x Gibby is asking for trouble they get to 2ft and are territorial to each other and to other plecs. I'd go for 1x Gibby or 2x Common or 2x Royal

When you say spiny eel what do you mean? Chances are the fire eel will not tolerate another eel even in a big tank.

You have a lot of big bottom dwellers on that list, I'd be concerned about territory space and would still have concerns about mixing catfish.

You are going to need MASSIVE filtration and will need to be prepared (and have space) to move fish if problems occur - that stock could work but is equally likely to have some problems arising.

oh i dint know about the plecs

so ill just have the one

ive highlited all the bottom feeders i think now is there any more

if it was just the limas shovelnose and perruno no sun cat would that work

1 x oscar
1 x gibbi plecs
1 x spotted sevs
10 x silver dollars
1 x lima shoval nose
1 x sun catfish
1 x perruno
1 x silver arowna (illl get one when all the other fish are grown up)
1 x giant gourami
1 x fire eel
1 x senegal birchir
1 x clown knifefish

also the filter is a 190 gallon sump made of pond liner

Remember the plec is also a bottom feeder.

"It's territorial towards both conspecifics and other large Pimelodids, so should be the only fish of this type kept in most situations." - about the perruno

"Other large Pimelodids or territorial bottom-dwellers are less suitable." - about the lima

I think it will be trial and error - the suncat is the more peaceful of the cats so I'd imagine more likely to be picked on but the more aggressive cats.

mm ok

i def want the shove nose and plec but the other cats im open on i dont know what to do

You could try adding the most aggressive last - let the others grow and establish territory.

I'd be very cautious about the perruno - they are beautiful but als get larger than the other 2 so if they did turn on them it could be fatal.
