Quick calculation. This is one measurement to give you a rough idea. 200x40x40 cm= 320,000 cm2 / 100 = 3,200 m2
 
That would be a nice big tank. I would go for a 8.5 ft X 4.5 ft by 3 ft(height) 858.46 US gallon and 1000 Cardinal Tetras :good:
