what should i feed my new blue rams?

was wondering about diet for the little ladies. i have regular flake. should i use cichlid food? i have live blood worm and frozen mosquito larvae. thanks

If they eat flake, then stick with it. Flake is probably the most nutritious food to be feeding your fish, cichlid food would be good too. Just don't forget to keep their diet varied
