can some 1 tell me the best thing to feed new born fry and the best food to feed them to help them grow and get the best results.

the very best food for fry is newly hatched brine shrimp, but you'd need a hatchery for that. Tbh, ground up flake is perfectly adequate for livebearers. Good growth is more dependant on regular water changes than anything else.

1.how fine does the flake need to be ground up.

2.water change every 2-3 days wud that b ok or 1-2 days.
