I've got some of that too, and I don't know what it is either. It's growing rather well though and will notceably lean towards the light after just a couple of hours.

Could it be a variety of hygrophila polysperma? I have some hygrophila polysperma broadleaf which is similar to that. It also leans towards the light!

could be a good shout.looks like some kind of Hygrophila.
Also it'll do better if you remove it from the pot and plant the stems in your lovely blue substrate
