How strong is the current from the filter across the bottom of the tank? It looks to me as though water current is making it move, it's not moving itself. The leaf on the right of the video has a hole in it, with a loose edge which is also moving in the current.

It really looks like poop moving in the current of the water. The bigger piece moves in same way too. I think you should deworm the fish using something like NTL Anti-Fluke & Wormer, one dose a week for 4 weeks.

Thank goodness, you can tell I'm not very experienced... The current isn't very strong, but you're right the leaf is moving too! Ok so it was definitely poop thank god. Never thought I'd be paying so much attention to fish poop
