I went to my LFS and I really liked this floating plant they had in their gourami tank. I have been looking for a thick floating plant because I am thinking of getting 2 gourami when the tank is fully cycled. I asked if they knew what it was and all they said was that "it floats no matter how had they try to root it and it grows like crazy" Sounded good to me so I got about a handful of it. There are a lot of pieces of it but when they had it in their tank it was very thick. Right now, being that is was thinned out from the original bunch, it's very piecey. Here is a picture of it...
