What Kind Of Fish Is This?

I know it's blurry, but can anyone identify what type of fish the white one is?

I'll get a better picture when I can but for now if anyone knows

it looks like a white skirted tetra to me, but im not the best at identifying fish so i could be wrong.

Proper name in English would be Silver Dollar, I quess...

I thought it was a small silver dollar at first too, but I see how it could be a white skirt tetra. Must be if the owner confirms it.

Ahah yeah I had silver dollars and they looked similar but it's 100% a white skirted tetra.
