What kind of Anubias is this

Also how do I plant them ? A couple of the leaves in the pack just have a stem, no roots or rhizome , I just stuck the stem down into the substrate ,

I don't recognise the type from the photos, but anubias should not be planted. They should be attached to decor.

Loose leaves don't usually do anything except die unless they are attached to a bit of rhizome. If you want to try and see if the leaves will grow rhizome and roots, leave them floating.
 
That is a bolbitis, probably the one they call El Niño Fern in some big box chain stores. I’ve got one in my 3 gallon aquarium too.
 
You can leave the leaves float if you want. They probably won’t do much for you though. These plants are ephiphytes that can be glued to hardscape. I put a small dot of glue on a small stone and pressed a portion of the rhizome against it and then plopped it into my little aquarium.
