What Is Your Preference If You Want To Have A Livebearer?

If i was doing it to get loads of fry, id definitely go for endlers, endlers at warmer temps can drop fry as little has every 17 days (had one doing this for months lol) but generally endlers do tend to be the ones with shortest gestation period.

As far as im aware and from personal experience.

For shear numbers of fry in a short time, I don't think you can beat endlers. At 77F, 25C, they will drop fry every 23 days and most of the fry will survive because of low predation. After a very short time, the tank can look like this at feeding time.

not as large as molly fry no, but fry does tend to depend on the size of the fish and age.

17 days was amazing, most of my endlers use to be between 23-28 days but this lil horn dog was every 17, the time sheet i had of my endlers was comical at times lol.

not as large as molly fry no, but fry does tend to depend on the size of the fish and age.

17 days was amazing, most of my endlers use to be between 23-28 days but this lil horn dog was every 17, the time sheet i had of my endlers was comical at times lol.

Only got the one now mate, just got 3 guppys in it and 2 swords.

I did just purchase another tank but still dont knwo what to do with it yet.

Have they not got a 6 week gestation period? i have never seen these around my area.

Yeah, long gegestation period and small broods, but a nice species which is not common and goes for lots of dough.

When i was last in my lfs, there was some male guppys like ive never seen before, il have to go in tomorrow and get some pics of them to show u if your interested in new types, you will love em
