My Betta has torn fin in checked very closely and he eats well does not have cloudy eyes and is not acting very strange he's had torn fins before but he grew them back and he was fine this time could it be something worse

First off, I'd check your water parameters, especially ammonia. This could be one of two things. Either it's fin rot, or he's torn them on something in the tank.
Is there anything sharp in the tank he could have caught it on?
If not, I'd suggest it's fin rot.

Anti Fungus and Finrot treatment by Interpet works really well for me.
But only treat if you're sure that's what's wrong. There's nothing sharp in the tank? Have you checked your levels?

Good! If you just do some daily water changes of around 10% then it will probably heal up on it's own. Testing the water will just help you keep on top of when you need to do the changes, and how large the changes need to be
