What is wrong with this Platy?

This is a juvenile fish but for some reason its chest is all puffed out like its been benching weights down the gym . its head looks tiny in comparison. The swelling is squidgy to the touch and its colour is almost white in comparison to the rest of fish. Any help appreciated. Thanks!

probably a cyst, take it back and get another one. if you bred it, euthanise it

Again I think you're right colin. I did see an article suggesting it's a heart condition such as this zebra fish had in the pic below. ...either way, there is nothing I can do for the platy. Thanks again.
