What Is With These Levels!?

Hi all!
My 64L has been set up for a long time now, but my levels aren't what I'd expect them to be at. Rather than being 0ppm ammonia, 0ppm nitrite and 15ppm nitrate, they're usually at 0-0.10ppm ammonia, 0ppm nitrite and 0ppm nitrate. I've just put it down to the tank being heavily planted, but now I'm not sure!
I did a test today, and this was what I got...

I did change one of the sponges over last night to a carbon one to remove medication I've been treating with, but I've put the other sponge back in now, and the other I never change.
I don't really understand what's gone wrong...could the bacteria have died when I moved house in December? Surely it would have regrown by now though?
Any help would be much appreciated!

Other than the ammonia being high that's pretty much what you'd expect from an understocked, mature planted tank. Certainly I'd be less concerned with the nitrate being zero and more concerned with the ammonia not being zero and trying to find out why.

I'm thinking the ammonia might be because of a dead fish. I found her yesterday, she looked like she had been in there for a day or two as she didn't have any fins left. Would that explain it?

Ah. She'd rooted herself right under the back of the bogwood, so there was no way I would have seen her! Luckily she floated to the top when I was refilling the tank.
