What is this???

Hello all. I went to do a water change and a tank clean today and noticed that my Parrot fish has a black lip I have him in a 65 gallon tank with a few convict cichlids. he is eating ok and it doesn't seem to be bothering him he is looking a little pail though is this something I should be worried about ?? Or should I just keep a eye on him and see what happens.

I don't think it's anything to worry about, but something to keep an eye on.

At one point, my blood parrot developed a few black spots that look a lot like that on his head and tail fin. It went away in a week or 2 and everything has been fine since.

Blood parrots go through a lot of color changes in their lifetime and it may just be part of it.
