What Is This On The Angle Fish?

One is behind the eye, the other one is below the eye.

it had been like this for a while now.
i don;t know when it started, i just notice it there one day.
it is as active as any other fish in the tank.

ph: 6.0~6.6; 6.6 from tap, 6.0 right before weekly water change
NH3: 0~0.25; 0 if viewed under sunlight, 0.25 or so viewed under normal yellowish light bulb (same sample)
NO2: 0~0.25; 0 view under sunlight, 0.25 or so viewed under light bulb

Look's like natural coloring to me.

now that you mention it, it does look like natural colour in the photo...

in real life, it is red.
the area below the eye looks like it lost some meat (deflated)
the area behind the eye is red-ish, as if there's a cut

Natural colouring lots of fish have it including my pearl gourami.
