All it was labled at the fish shop was an "African Cichlid" but asked in that forum and they said to come here

Good looking fish. All of his fins Seen to be the same shape as my GT.

I love mine, they're really peaceful but still quite cheeky.

I dont think it is a rainbow cichlid. I think that it is a marbled Convict. In one of these threads there was a marbled convict and it looked just like him.

This fish is 100% a rainbow cichlid (Herotilapia multispinosa). Nice fish small but has quite a personality!
