What is this fish?

I've posted about this fish before, but it is on hold and I'm being offered it for free. It's currently on hold. What type of fish is this? The fish manager thinks that it may be a Big Eye/Aluminum catfish. I personally think it may be something else, though. Most importantly, may anyone with an answer please tell me if it could fit in a 75-gallon tank? Thank you. (Last attachment is a video)

The fish has been reported by the previous owner to not grow that much.

Maybe a blue catfish (Ictalurus furcatus)

Possibly? That’s my best guess. It doesn’t look quite right for a channel cat but I’m guessing something related to

It looks like a fish that lives in groups, like most catfish do. Until you know the exact species, I would leave it where it is. There's no point buying a single fish that could be anything and might require company.

I wonder why it's been said it won't grow that big if it's not even sure which type of catfish it might be...
