Thanks everyone!!
I think we have solved the mystery. I did a pic search. It looks like the black aphid.
Now I have to get rid of them.
I think I will get some help to get the tank out. Then I will wash it out with the hose. Then I can bring it in and disinfect the tank and plants with a bleach solution.

Thanks for helping! Things like this make me panick. Sorry for that...

They come in black, green, yellow, white, all sorts actually
