I have a 20 gallon with one male betta and five pristilla tetras. I was originally going to get some otos, but is there any small pleco species that would work?

Ive just got 4 pitbull plecs, they stay tiny and are really active. Think their L number is LDA025

Not too common, but LDA-08 are uber-dwarf bristlenose pleco's. They only grow to about half the size of the common BN. A clpwn pleco would also work, they stay quite small, but are seldom (if ever) seen during the day.

clown plecs are great, mine is out quite a lot, day and night.

Pleco is a common term. What you are really asking is which is the smallest, armored, sucker mouth cat (Loricariidae). And the answer would be the otocinclus.
