What Is The Best Way To Add Trace Phosphate Levels After Using Rowa Ph

I have started my fishless cycle on my tank and all is going well... hooray!

I have a couple of questions though.

I have used Rowa Phos to remove my phosphate level of 4ppm (in the tap water!) so now it has gone down to zero. At the moment I have a tank of healthy growing plants but obviously no fish, so would the best way to introduce some phosphate be by adding some fish food?

I have also been adding leaf zone (the correct qty for my tank) but when I test for non chelated iron it reads zero. I have done this 3 times and the reading still says zero. Any ideas?

Last of all I would like to post a pic of the tank but even though i have looked through the faq section I am none the wiser, can I just upload the image from my desktop?

Go to members aquarium pictures you can post there other wise you can load your pics on the photobucket site and ad them that way
