What Is The Best Live Food To Breed

Hey everyone.

I've been thinking quite a bit about starting a live food culture in a spare 10gal I have for my African cichlid fry.

I've heard so far of daphnia, brine shrimp and micro worms.

Here's the thing, I want to set up a low maintainence breeding colony, I'm not afraid of some work to get it up and running but I don't want to have to put in an hour a day to keep them alive, if you know what I mean.

What is my best option?

Worms in tubs, such as microwroms, grindal worms, banana worms, etc, are by far the easiest and simplest option. These require almost no maintenance except feeding every so often or a culture change.

Daphnia are easy too, just remember to feed them every day or so.

Brine shrimp are more difficult because you have to maintain the salinity of the water.
