What Is Growing From My Java Fern?

What is this growing out of my Java Fern? I just noticed it today. I don't see this on any of the other plants in there. Is this some type of algae or are these little baby ferns growing? Sorry if this is a silly question. I tried to Google pictures online and wasn't that successful.

Sorry if the pic quality is bad. I only have a few mins to take pics before I head back to work!

Edit: Did some more searching around and I'm pretty sure these are just little plantlets.

Yep,that's the root systems growing on plantlets,that's how it reproduces,growing little ferns off the bigger leaves.

Great! Thanks for the confirmation. It worried me because they came out of no where and I haven't kept Java Ferns before, so of course I assumed the worst until I did a bit more reading about it.
