What Is Best

Hi people Tank is being delivered Tuesday so went out and brought loads of ocean rock today but was not sure on weather to buy ocean coral/sand/gravel etc

Im setting up a Malawi tank so what is best for these young guys..?

Also i dont have a clue what will be a good mix of cichlids to keep but my tank is 5FT/2FT/2FT so could some one please give me a nice colourfull list of what cichlids to get...
