What interesting things do your fish do during a water change (or anytime, it just usually happens to me when I do a water change)?

My harlequin rasboras always try biting me and I can barely feel them. they also kind of make a single file line when I put water back into the tank and they try to quickly swim under the water that is pouring down quickly to the bottom!

My cories aren't scared of the siphon.

My Bolivian Ram acts all tough during the day, but when I make a water change he quickly hides in a fake tree stump, and when I stop pouring water back in, he pokes his head out to check if it is safe for him to go out. While my other fish are happily and bravely swimming around.

My gourami does the same thing as the harlequins

My cherry barbs only get near each other during a water change (they are male and female)

do Bolivian Rams like caves? i noe that my most aggresive cory will swim up 2 the siphon and hit it thinking someone else is there 2 ruin his tank lol

Yep, Bolivian's like a good couple of hiding spots.

My harlequins, like I said before, are absolutely reckless! They get so close to the siphon which could easly suck them up! They make me worry, while they swim away unharmed.

lol ones i was doing a siphon and sucked up my baby molly then threw out the water until later when i counted one was missing did i know what happend...felt so bad I wanted to cry.

damn your lucky!! well ok on a diffrent note im hoping you can help me out...you and SamUK are both very sesible so i thought id ask u 1 question... i ditched the idea with the discus in a 25gallon and actually got the order canceld. SamUK said hed go with 2 Bolivian Rams, a small shaol of neon tetras and a bristle nose pleco to go with my cory cats but do you think i could but 2-3 (rather 3) German Blue Rams instead of the shoal and pleco?

My weather loach simply doesn't move - he just sits there looking at the syphon, waiting for it to move.
My WCMMs don't do anything out of the ordinary - they tend to stay out of the way.
My goldfish is quite inquisitive, but still stays out of harm's way.
The flying foxes carry on flying around - the smallest one often goes into the cave to seek sanctury.
The golden barbs are the most trooublesome - they try to nibble the syphon and my fingers, and are extremely nosey whenever anything goes into or near the tank.
Luckily I have never sucked up a fish, but when I first got my WCMMs and they were small I had visions of them disappearing up the tube!

One of my bettas, Jack, acts as if he died after a waterchange. Then in like an hour, he acts as if that never happened and he's flaring non stop at you. He's weird.

Chill discuslova, I sent you a PM answering your question like 20-30 minutes ago, cuz it was kind of off topic to this thread

Whenever i'm using the gravel vac my albino bristlenose's really don't like to move out of the way, they'll just sit in the same place even if i give them a nudge. Really Stubborn !!
