Hey,

As some of you may have seen in the marine chit-chat section i am going to convert my 90 Litre cube over to marine. I am a little concerned however about holiday feeds.

With tropical fresh water fish you simply bang on an auto-feeder and forget about it for a week or two. But with marine and reef fish and corals they seem to have a lot more specific feeding requirements, i live in the countryside so don't have any neighbors to help either.

What would be the done thing in this situation? dont go salt water?

Well if it was me, I would get all set up with live rock before my holiday and then leave the tank to cycle whilst I was away. Then before my next holiday i would find the most trustworthy person i know (my sister) and get her to look after the tank with strictly written down instructions
