What Happend To My Fish Tummy?

I am in India, i got this hard fish 6 month ago,, but from last 1 or 2 weeks my fish tummy is gonna fatty.
can n e one knows....

i an having a stab at this one but from the
look of it i would say its got dropsy
as it looks from the photo that it as
got the pine cone effect
