What Fish Should I Keep

hello all this is my first post so bare with me lol. Ive just cycled my new tank and would like ideas for a community that i could keep! The tank is 3ft long and has sand as a substrate i would also like to grow plants so plant friendly fish ideas only please. thanx scot

hi, i think maybe you should post this in the newbies section rather than bettas.
most bettas are best kept alone rather than in communities, some people have managed to make it work, but others have failed.

but cories are really cute and would love a sand bottom to nose around in, as would khuli loaches. both are nice non aggressive types of fish that do well with fairly placid bettas (some bettas cannot be kept with anything) but both like to be kept in groups of about 5-6 or more.
